Year-End 

This is where things tend to get noisy. 

Final income numbers start to settle. 
Decisions feel more urgent. 
Document requests stack up. 

If year-end feels chaotic, it’s usually not because you did something wrong. 

It’s because planning didn’t happen earlier. 

Year-end works best as a review and cleanup phase, not a starting point.
